Partner Policy

Account Registration & Terms :

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested to complete the signup process for the Callyzer Affiliate Partner account (“account”).

Referral Leads :

Once you have signed up for the Program you will be provided the Google form for inputting potential leads and get access to Google Sheet for real-time updates on the leads you've shared. Information like Name, Number, Company Name, and valid email address, it is your responsibility to ensure each such detail is correctly provided.

Ineligible Referrals :

When someone subscribes to Callyzer Services under the Callyzer Affiliate Partner’s sales and marketing efforts in accordance with these Terms and conditions, Callyzer at its sole discretion determines if such subscriber is a Qualified Referral. Referrals ineligible for a referral commission are set forth as described below.

Existing customers :

Referrals who are Callyzer’s existing Customers prior to the referral are not eligible to receive a referral commission.

Existing Opportunities :

Referrals that convert into leads that are materially the same (i.e., same entity) as prospective leads that are in the Callyzer database or Callyze reseller's active sales process at the time of the referral or were in process during the ninety (90) days prior to the referral submission, are not eligible for referral commission.

Self-Referrals :

Referrals referred by Callyzer Partner are not eligible for referral commission where (i) the referred lead is the Callyzer Partner itself or an entity that the Callyzer Partner owns or is an employee in; or (ii) where the referred lead is a referral of the Callyzer Partner. If the Affiliate Partner makes a self-referral, Callyzer may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement and cease paying commissions for such self-referral.

One-Off Services :

Fees for support, implementation, customization, training, consulting, or other professional services, or for referring third-party products or services are not eligible for referral commission. Only the net recurring subscription revenue will be taken into account to calculate the referral commission to be paid out under this Callyzer Partner Program.

Referral Details :

When Referrals customer subscribes to Callyzer Services but i) no prior information shared of that referral leads before buying the subscription or ii) before signing up for the Callyzer Partner Program are not eligible to receive any commissions under this Agreement.

Failure to Follow Process :

Referrals where the Callyzer Partner has failed to follow the process set out in accordance with these terms and conditions are not eligible for referral commission.

Negotiation Rights :

Affiliate Partner agrees not to negotiate terms or make commitments on behalf of Callyzer.

Promotion :

You may not use our name or website in any bulk email whatsoever unless we have given our advanced written consent. We may terminate the Agreement if any meaningful spam complaints naming us or our services result from your marketing activities.

Referral Fees :

For the sale of a subscription to be eligible to earn a referral fee, You can earn a 10% commission on every successfully converted lead.

From the shared referral leads, customers must sign up on the website and subscribe to the Callyzer services within 90 days. If they fail to sign up within those 90 days and later return, you will not earn referral fees or commission.

We will only pay referral fees on leads you've shared in advance.

The referral fee is 10% of our revenue from customers that you refer. The referral fee will be credited Quarterly for all monthly and yearly subscriptions, calculated before taxes and based on the net receivable amount. Referral fees are only earned if a customer makes a payment in full.

Payment :

Accrued referral fees are paid via bank transfer every quarter. You must have a valid bank account to receive referral fees, as we do not offer payment via cheque/check, credit card, cash, or other method.

Customer payments refunded or payments charged back due to credit card fraud do not qualify for referral fees. We may delay crediting of referral fees subject to risk analysis considerations and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.

We reserve the right to disqualify referral fees earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

We reserve the right to check and change commissions on the basis of the actual paid amount of the subscription, every payment will be verified based on real transactions.

Customer Definition :

Every customer who buys a service through this program is deemed to be a customer of Callyzer. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning pricing, customer orders, customer service, and service sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Callyzer is not responsible for any representations made by the Affiliate that contradict our rules, policies, or operating procedures.

Pricing & Availability :

We will determine the prices to be charged for services sold under this Program in accordance with our own pricing policies. Services prices and availability may vary from time to time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular service.

Termination :

Callyzer, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of this Partner Program, or any other Callyzer service, for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Affiliate Partner Program, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or accrued referral fees in your account, if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. Callyzer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Notice :

All notices given by you to us must be given to Callyzer at [email protected]. We may give notice to you at the e-mail address you provided to us when registering. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the address.
